The house is to far away from Broadway. The neighboring concrete company, trash company and mechanic business all start operating at 5:00am. It’s so loud. The hot tub didn’t work, the shower downstairs has no water pressure.

Great property!

This was the perfect spot for 2 families in town for a softball tournament. It was very spacious and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a great time on the rooftop with the hot tub! The property is super clean and we appreciated timely communicate with management when we had a few questions.

Stay was good. Plenty of room for us. However we could've used some extra supplies such as trash bags and extra towels. The guest who stayed on the first floor said the water pressure in shower was very low. The remote for primary bedroom was also missing.

Overall, this was a nice property and had a lot of potential to be a great stay. The place was clean, well decorated, and in a convenient location. However, we encountered a few issues that took away from the overall experience.The most frustrating part of our stay was the lack of communication from the host regarding the Wi-Fi. The password was not included in the check-in instructions (where it definitely should be), and despite reaching out multiple times through different platforms and numbers, we received no response at all. This made it impossible for us to connect our devices during the entire trip, which was very disappointing and inconvenient.Another issue was the parking situation. While the listing advertised garage access and space for two cars, we were unable to use the garage due to other homes in the private drive blocking access by parking directly in front of their own driveways. Despite the "No Parking" signs, maneuvering was nearly impossible and we did not have the parking access we expected.There were also a few smaller issues like the string lights on the rooftop deck were not working, which took away from the ambiance we were looking forward to in that space.This property does have a lot going for it, but the lack of responsiveness from the host was disappointing and left a negative impression. With better communication and attention to detail, this could be a fantastic place to stay.
