The room itself was fine, however The desk was literally falling off the wall. The soap, conditioner, and shampoo were on the floor of the shower. There were no shelves in the shower so there is no place to put your own toiletries. I informed the property manager of the issues and she responded saying she would let maintenance know. It is very unsanitary to have body products on the shower floor, which meant there were hairs missed in the showers. The ventilation system is in the bedroom so it is very noisy at night when you try to sleep. Only inexpensive blinds are in the room at night unit 415 gets light from the parking lot. The most frustrating part of the experience was the multiple emails from the Latch app system giving you different addresses for the intercom. When I used the address provided by the GPS it drops on 100 Fesslers Lane several blocks from the Alto Nashville building. I messaged the property manager and she responded quickly. However? It was completely unnecessary to give any address of Fesslers lane because the app opens on either door. The unit needs a thorough cleaning there are crumbs in the corners. I wasn’t sure if the blanket s were clean so the first thing I had to do was wash them. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere and you don’t mind people smoking all substances in the parking lot you will probably enjoy this location. Every body we encountered was nice, but they were all ready to party while we were in town to visit a sick relative. .
