Always my Nashville Place To Stay

The communication, great customer service is superb, check in is always a breeze and the cleanliness and comfort of this place is unmatched. This will always be my go to place to book when in Nashville.

Needs some TLC

I have stayed at multiple VRBOs and this property was a littlw disappointing. This property appears as advertised in the pictures, however, there was an issue with the cleanliness of the rugs, the decorative pillows are dingy, and the couch is awefuly uncomfortable and pne of my fave things, the record player, did not work. I noticed upon arrival the floor was freshly mopped as it was still wet, we walked over amd clearly saw there was per hair on one rug and broken finger/toenails, food, and bobbypins in the other rug. I notified the property manager right away and she sent for someone to vacuum within minutes, however, they have a vacuum there and I had already cleaned one of the rugs. I recommend to get rid of the white rug under the couch it is highly unsanitary. The response time was very fast to the vacuum inquiry. Another issue we had were the various noises that came from the many pipes in the bedroom. I recommend a loud fan for guests. There is not very much light in the bedroom which made it hard to go through some of my luggage. I reccomend maybe a brighter lamp or an overhead light fixture. The location of the unit was Amazing, walking distance to some of the best shops and restaurants and even a decent walk to and from Broadway. We did not rent a car so did not have to deal with parking, however, we did use the LIME and Spin scooters which cut loads of travel times down and cut down on uber and lyft costs. Overall I would not stay at this rental again unless these changes/updates are made.

Good location

Good location for walking to Broadway and/or Music Row but away enough not to have constant noise at night.
