Great location, loved the bar in the lower level right on Printers Alley! The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were 2 couples and were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend

The perfect loft

Our three night stay in the music city loft was absolutely spectacular! The space is roomy and sunny, immaculately clean, and very quiet, even at night. We were walking distance to several hot spots, museums, and restaurants. The location couldn’t have been better.

Concert Stay

Well kept property with very responsive management company. Can't beat the location! No problem with checking in or leaving - very detailed instructions. Parking garage across the street. Would stay again. Couple of items for those looking that did not distract from our stay. First, don't expect a view - it's the parking lot. Secondly, the bedroom walls do not go to the ceiling thus limiting privacy. Overall a great stay.

First Time to Nashville

Nashville is amazing and the location of the Loft was convenient to all the attractions. My only problem was it was a little too close to a very loud bar located on the ground floor below our 3rd floor unit. Thankfully, by 2 a.m. it quietened down. Also, the open ceiling concept limited any privacy among bedrooms and bathrooms.

Nashville getaway!

We did not spend much time in the condo since we were on Broad all day but when we were in the condo it was very nice/clean and cozy! Beds were very comfortable and the noise from the bars in the area was not very noticeable. If there was any complaint it would be the barn doors to the bathroom, they were really big and super heavy which made them hard to open and close. I would totally recommend renting this condo to anyone and would rent it again!

3 loft for 3 nights!

A group of friends and I rented 3 of the Music City lofts for a guy’s weekend. I can’t say enough about our stay! What a great location in the city….not one cab was needed. I also can’t say enough about the property manager Suzanne, she could not have been more helpful to the group since this was a new city for us. Do yourself a favor and book one of these lofts! You will not be disappointed.

Girls trip

The location was great, within a short walking distance to Broad street and the Bridgestone stadium. The cleaning cart was still in the room when we checked in, after several hours we finally pushed it into the hall where it stayed until the next day. The coffee pot didn't work well, the water came out cold. The refrigerator took until the next day and several attempts to adjust the temp to make our water cold. The beds were super comfy. Just the right size for 4 people.

This loft was PERFECT! It looks just like it does in the photos.The loft is in walking distance to all the fun on Broadway and just far enough away for great noiseless sleeping. The two bathrooms are perfect when traveling with more than two. With the evening security to enter the building I felt very safe in the loft and that is a huge plus when traveling with just the girls. I could go on and on about how wonderful this location was/is but you just need to see for your self. I would stay here a hundred times over before a hotel.

Everything was great!

There were four of us for a girls weekend so the place was a good choice for us. The only two drawbacks about the place is one, the noise, and two, the living room accommodations. The walls to both bedrooms are not full walls, they do not go to the ceiling so you literally hear every drop of noise in the unit: in both bathrooms, the other bedroom and in the living space, the noise is very present. If you are a late sleeper, don't plan on being able to sleep in. The living room is a nice size space but there is only one couch and then a table with two chairs. It would be much more comfortable having a love seat or two oversized chairs in place of the table and chairs. The space offers four beds, which is why we chose this particular place to comfortably accommodate four people, and so we could each have our own bed, but then the living room accommodations were not comfortable when we were all hanging out in there. It was a fight for who gets the couch and who gets stuck on the upright chairs. Other than that, the place itself was great. The building was a bit stinky, the main entry way and hallway, and the elevator was also stinky, but the place itself was clean and good space.

A beautiful, well-appointed loft in a great location

The loft is lovely and centrally located. We walked everywhere! The beds and linens are comfortable and nice, everyone had good nights of sleep. I would definitely visit again!

Amazing location

This is the perfect location for getting around and seeing everything in Nashville. Just down the street one of our favorite rooftops at the Bobby Hotel and a couple blocks from our favorite Honky Tonk Morgan Wallen's This Bar. Not to mention a straight shot down 4th Avenue to The Listening Room.

Solid place. Nice location.

Everything was great and clean and communicated well. Only downside is it’s very noisy. It’s a loft so while there are 2 rooms there is no sound privacy within the place. Some noise from outside the building as well.

Great, secure location

The building was in a great location with a short walk to Broadway. Access was restricted to residents and guests so it felt very safe. There was a small grocery store around the corner.The unit had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable.
