The largest unit in the complex, this 3BR/1BA loft offers the ultimate "I live on Broadway" experience! Located at Broadway & 2nd Ave, it features exposed brick, large windows, and modern amenities. Sleeps up to 10: 1 King, 4 Queens, full kitchen, laundry, and memory foam mattresses included. Expect ambient noise—you're in the action! As the building dates to the 1800s, occasional dust may be present. We have 8 units on property, so if you have a larger party let us know.

GREAT Location. Property management was very easy to get ahold of. 10/10 would stay again.

The location was perfect, however the condition of the apartment left a lot to be desired. The bathroom in particular was dirty. The floors were dirty, there was a hole in the wall stuffed with toilet paper, the shower handles are see through knobs have mold growing in them, there was a missing towel hanger on the back of the door, there was a glass conditioner bottle off of the wall with the top broken off. The bedroom had wall socket plugs that didn’t all work and an hole in the wall by the exposed brick. All around it felt dirty, like it was rushed cleaned, if cleaned at all, between renters. Lastly it was so HOT!!! The air conditioner was only allowed to be set to 70 and it never actually reached 70. That should be advertised so people who need it cool or cold to sleep can avoid this property. No one had a good night sleep because it was so hot!!! I would NOT book again!!!

Weekend on Broadway

We stayed here for a weekend on Broadway. You cannot get any closer to Broadway than this property. This isn’t “luxury” but worked fine for our party of 7. Only issue is sharing one bathroom but manageable.

Great location

Can't beat the location. The place is great for a group of friends. It's very loud due to the neighborhood. The couch is very uncomfortable and the TV's all suck. I would stay here again.

New Years in Nashville

As described by the description given by the management team. No surprises there. The very best thing about this place is location. It is right in the thick of all the honky tonks and bars. That said if you're a light sleeper this might be too close for you. You can hear music, people, sirens etc. There were 7 of us and it didn't bother us but just don't expect peace and quiet. Water heater could handle 3 to 4 efficiently quick showers within a couple hour period then needed to recoup. It was ok clean at best. Not dirty by any means but the carpeting had some staining and our bedroom upstairs had a slight odor. With all that said I'd stay here again. There was nothing like stepping out on the street and hearing music coming from 4 different directions. Lots of stuff to see and a convenient very small market right there with beer and snacks.

Good location; terrible atmosphere

Lacks anything but the barest amenities including lamp shades. Hot water was insufficient for 3 adults. Garbage trucks compact garbage in the alley behind the unit throughout all nights of our stay. Several electrical outlets did not work. We would not recommend this unit for anything but a college aged group of kids.
