We had a great stay and the house was spacious and well appointed. Convenient location too. We had a couple maintenance issues that the host addressed promptly. We enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable great room, game rooms and outdoor areas. The hot tub and sauna were plusses too.

5 sorority sisters from the 70’s met here for a girls week. We were in awe of the property - the house was beautiful - had everything we needed and more. The communication with the management was wonderful - responded to texts and emails in a timely fashion. I will be bringing my own family back here soon! Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Stayed for family Thanksgiving.It is well equipped for cocktails and eating, but not for cooking for a large group. Could have a larger dining option also considering size. All else good: bedrooms, bathrooms, beds and amenities. Dishwasher was broken and heat only worked intermittently- property manager was quick to respond, nice and easy to deal with, but was unable to fix them during our short stay. 2nd stay with this property manager - will use them again and recommend them. Would stay in the house again but probably not for large Thanksgiving

This home was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. Each bedroom was appointed with a basket of towels. The kitchen was large and well furnished. The owner and his assistant went above and beyond to help us and solve any situations that came up. They were prompt with their response to our needs. I would highly recommend The Cowboy House and Hallson Hospitality.

This was a fun trip. The property was very nice. The big problem was the wifi in this house was terrible. There is a great pool table room on the third floor but you couldn’t stream any of the football games up there. Our phones didn’t work well either. Streaming only worked at the first floor. Not being able to stream in that room really sucked. The pool sticks could’ve been much better too. This house had everything you need for a large group. If the wifi is fixed we would definitely go back.

What an outstanding stay it was at The Cowboy. The layout of the property was the best I have ever seen with incredible entertainment space on two of the three floors. The open concept leaves you feeling relaxed and worry free. The beds were on par with my own which is a huge plus. Good sleep makes a trip 100x more enjoyable. I was there for a boys trip so the location worked out very well. Close enough to the action but far enough away to decompress and revive from the previous night. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends I find this to be a perfect option for your vacation. I plan on making this the place I stay every time I visit Nashville from here on.

40th bday celebration, perfect place for all of us. 10 of us fit super comfortably. Enough bedrooms for 4 couples and a 5the bedroom for singles to share! . The hosie was even better than the pictures showed - I was not expecting the extra touches and amazing beds! So many fun things to do… Everything we needed. And super easy checkout procedures. We had an issue (our own fault we realized) with the fireplace and they were super responsive! Also offered to come out and fix an issue with the breaker asap. 5 min Uber to downtown, maybe $11?… Would 100% recommend for others, just wow.

The house is perfect for large groups, and is walkable to many activities. I wish we had more time in Nashville to use all of the amenities. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
