2nd Ave closed for repairs, so loading and unloading was a bit of a challenge, no fault of property management. Great location. Stones throw to Broadway. Would stay there again.

Great location. Comfy beds, super cute loft. The place definitely needs more mirrors and maybe an exterminator. Saw 2 cockroaches while we were there.

The property was a great location, steps from everything and a good layout. The living area bed and bedroom without external window was fairly quiet, but the bedroom with windows required earplugs and ideally an eye mask to sleep. The couches are not very comfy if you’re planning on bringing more than 6, but the beds were comfy. Fairly limited supplies in the house, plan ahead for bathroom tissue if you’re staying a couple nights with a group. Overall the air on worked great and it was the perfect base of us to pop in and out checking out bands and hiding from the heat if needed. Would definitely recommend this space. The street in front of the apartment was under construction and completely closed; so the atmosphere would have been even better if it had been open.

Was in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium, short walk over pedestrian bridge was easy. Great location, right off broadway! Thought noise from broadway would be bad but we slept peacefully. Security locks at ground level and room were a plus however on multiple occasions ground floor lock was not working. Loading area in front was great for getting luggage inside our rooms and then proceeding to parking garage for free parking was perfect since everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Nashville!

You cannot beat the location! Steps away to Broadway, several places to shop and eat. Codes at the doors made you feel very safe. We had a great time! There is a loading spot very close that I wished I had noticed before I parked in the garage because it was hard to carry everything even though the garage is only a block away, so take note of that before you park!

Couple down falls but great over all

Love the location but im very cold nature and it was hot 2 of the night we were there the ac would only go down to 68 and it was not that temp . Weather got bad and we tryed to watch tv could not find the remote and there was no power core .

Budget traveler beware, keep looking elsewhere

Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't trust that they were clean. Unit also smelled musty, though the central AC worked fine. My initial text to Dyer Mgmt went through about the bugs, and they reassured me that they never had issues before and asked me to send pictures. I sent more texts and pictures about the other issues for the next 2 days and didn't hear back from anyone. I finally called on Mon (day 3) and they said they hadn't received any of my texts (I couldn't confirm delivery because iMessages didn't work for the number they provided). They apologized and said they would get back to me after reviewing everything but never did. I would avoid this property and this management company. There are plenty of other places in the area that are better maintained and more responsive mgmt.

Could not ask for a better location! The unit is well stocked with kitchen utensils & extra pillows. The beds were comfy ( with the exception of a couple of slats that had fallen through the frame). As far as cleanliness, it was “ok.” There was a huge stain on the living room futon, moldy shower curtain,stained carpet, and dust all over the wall & back of the door in one of the bedrooms. However, it was just fine for our 1 night stay celebrating a 50th birthday, and would stay there again.

The loft was filthy! We had to sweep and mop floors with a towel and dish soap after seeing our socks. We pulled the couch out to sweep. They do not clean behind. We did not even use the couch or throw blanket. Dirty!! Rug under coffee table was stained and disgusting! We rolled it up and put in corner. Upstairs carpet was just as stained. Beds were comfortable and location was awesome.

This was a great location for night life and tour operators were within walking distance. Check in was difficult. Code given by the management company didn't work at 3 PM checin time. Company couldn't be reached by phone. Spent an hour on the phone, much of it on hold, with Travelocity. Meanwhile 3 seniors stood on the street with luggage and groceries. Finally got in about an hour later. Unit was fairly clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

When we arrived, the door to our unit would not unlock. I had to call in for assistance. It was stuck. After entering we found a leak from the ceiling above the only toilet in the house. I immediately called and reported it. We left after that to attend a concert. When we arrived back at the loft, it was raining and obviously leaking. Try using the restroom with brown water dripping down your back. Not fun. Also, the air conditioning did not keep it cool. It's a very cool looking place but needs to be taken care of.

The property was not clean, no coffee, dirty shower and moldy shower curtain, underwear in closet, filthy rug, no response from management. When they finally called me they still did nothing. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 and 3:30am. No compensation to help make our stay better night two. Ridiculous.....do not stay here.

Cool space. Loud and hot environment.

It’s a cool space. But the upstairs rooms were very hot, they had fans, but one specifically was always very muggy. They need a separate AC for upstairs. Downstairs stayed very cool. If you’re not staying out late it’s not a great location for sleeping because of all the live music underneath you. Makes for a loud late night. If you’re planning to be out late then it’s no issue. Music ends around 2-3 am. Also upstairs you can’t hear the music but it’s so hot you want to sleep downstairs, but alas the music and then street cleaners early don’t let you get a lot of sleep. We also found roach on the floor half dead. It was very large. I will say the management company tried their best to work with us moving us initially to another loft. But it had the same issues.
