Perfect Nashville House!

The house is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown, but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time in Nashville. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!

Nashville trip

Second time renting Cumberland Cottage, and like before was completely awesome experience. The house is just as described, lots of room , close to everything and the owners are Nothing but the Best to deal with, will continue to rent this cottage on future trips.

Charming Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our family and so convenient to our planned activities at Gaylord Opryland. We really enjoyed the hot tub. This place has all the charm and the owners had thought of everything. I would love to stay there again.

This was a wonderful stay! House was so well-kept, clean, beautifully decorated, and everything we needed was furnished! Kitchen fully stocked with nice cooking utensils, tableware, etc. Hot tub was large and clean, with lots of towels, and fire pit was beautiful! Would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect for a group

We enjoyed this property very much. Easy check in and check out. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms since we had a larger group. Plenty of sleeping space. Also, very easy to Uber to downtown or anywhere you need to go.

Amazing getaway

This property is delightful. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with gorgeous mature trees. The house has tons of character and is beautifully and tastefully updated. Bustling downtown is a quick Uber away - but we loved coming home to this peaceful retreat! The hot tub and fire pit were amazing. The house is stocked with tons of useful items. Thanks for having us!

The property was beautiful and captured the essence of Nashville!! Some of our favorite features include the spacious hot tub, the swinging benches around the fire pit and the large dinning table surrounded by windows. I would definitely recommend this place to a large group of friends or family. The beds were spacious and the house had plenty of space. I must also rave about the property manager- she was very quick to respond and a dream to work with!
