Well appointed with a great location

Beautiful decor and high end finishes. Location to Vandy's campus and downtown was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great unit!

This unit is beautiful. It's bright, clean and has lots of space. Loved the furniture throughout. The location was great. We could walk to breakfast, dinner and shopping. Lots of great options! We'll be back!

Terrific location; LOTS of stairs

This rental was clean and in exactly the part of town we wanted. There were many stairs (4 stories), so that might be a consideration for some (older people, families with toddling children). We arrived in our minivan and just barely fit in the garage. If you have a large vehicle, you'll likely need to park in spots outside the gates. The top floor was very hot, even with an oscillating fan, so be prepared. We would stay here again, and appreciate the host's responsiveness to our one query.

Music City Weekend

Due to a very last minute issue with our previously booked rental we were lucky to find this space available. The property managers for this rental were quick to respond and were so helpful. They saved our weekend! The beds were comfortable. The common space was great to hang out in and the numbers of bathrooms was a plus. The decor and neon signs throughout were fun! Side note…Not having to pack hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper for weekend trips is such a great perk in many rentals these days. Thank you!
