Uber ride to all the fun

The apartment was a great stay. We were close enough to all the fun neighborhoods, but just slightly too far to walk (unless really ambitious). The neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves. He property provided all amenities as would a hotel, towels, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Your property is exactly what we wanted! It was close by a bunch of friends and easy to get around via Uber or Lyft, 5 min to Broadway. Could walk but lots of construction goin on in town right now and it was hot! The pool was very nice as well & comfy bed , and keurig (thank you!) I would highly recommend this property!

Warren Haynes at the Rhyman

Enjoyed staying at this condo. Location was great, super close to Broadway and plenty within walking distance. Pool was a nice touch, since it was hot most of the weekend. Enjoyed the live music at The Cannery, Rhyman and bars on the strip. Condo was quiet in the evening, and comfortable. Appreciate the fact that coffee was provided, since we arrived Friday evening and did not have an opportunity to stop by grocery store. Restaurants we recommend: Midtown Cafe for breakfast - have the lemon and artichoke soup! Dinners: Iberico Pig and Audrey.

Could have had a few more towels. Bed was very comfortable! Surroundng property was so unappealing. Mold in shower. Otherwise place was clean and inviting. Nicely decorated. Main light in bedroom did not work.

This is a wonderful unit right on the river. It's clean, very comfortable, kitchen has the basics, wonderful pool with view of the river, convenient reserved parking, location is close to Broadway (but we used Uber). We walked to many good restaurants/pubs near by. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice, comfortable bed, reserved parking space, clean.The condo is actually 1.2miles from broadway which wasn't a problem for us during the day, be careful walking at night or get a taxi. Lots of construction in the area right now. The sofa is very worn and u sink into it... not very comfortable Overall we had a great stay in Nashville.

Just as advertised. Great communication, A great place for sounds game ( 5 min walk) 1.1 mile walk to broadway, easier going than coming because of all the walking on broadway. There is a small area along that walk that is a little rough, but never felt unsafe. Pool is nice , just know to use fob and not card to get in. Nice and clean, nice towels, bed was comfortable, water pressure great. Appliances are nice Only negatives are the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way and the stairs to the unit are steep, which could be a problem for some. Would definitely stay again.

Nashville visir

The links in the communications for check in did not work and I had to send multiple messages saying they weren’t accessible. I found the property to be a bit dingy, not dirty, but could definitely use some maintenance. Everything was operational. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, I reached out to the property manager and they had some delivered. Accessibility to down town is good, but I wouldn’t say it was an easy walk…lots of construction. Overall the property is a solid 3!
