We stayed here before and after the W trek and absolutely loved this place. Hector was such a kind and generous host, rooms were super clean, and breakfast was great. They stored our luggage while hiking and called us a cab to the airport. Couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Hostal Baquedano for two nights—one before and one after our hiking trip to Torres del Paine. Our stay on both nights was very comfortable. Héctor and his staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, and both the packed breakfast and the onsite breakfast were excellent. The hotel also offered free luggage storage, and when we returned for our second night, our luggage had already been placed in our room

Best price for quality in town. Personnel are kind and on top of logistics. Bagged breakfast was ready for us by 6:15a so we could catch our 6:30a bus, an easy walk away. Luggage was held for us while we hiked a few days and delivered to our room.

My husband and I stayed at Hostal Baquedano for a total of 3 nights, two before doing the W trail, and one after. This hostel was everything we expected and more. The building seems to either be newly built, or very well maintained. It has a wood exposed structure that makes look and feel quite cozy. Our one bed bedroom was small but with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Something that stood out was how orderly and clean our room was as well as the public spaces. The hostel is a family run business and they were very warm and eager to help us with whatever we needed, even on Christmas Eve. Next time we are in Puerto Natales we will happily stay here again.

The hostel offers a box breakfast but is very limited versus sit down breakfast which starts at 7am. Most excursions pickup between 6-6:45am so the small box breakfast was the reason for the poor rating

We had a superb stay. Hector, Sandra, their son and staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and a very nice and abundant breakfast. We would definitely recommend Hostal Baquedano to friends and family!
