“Our family really enjoyed our stay at Stella d’Italia in Florence. The location is extremely convenient, within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions, so we were able to explore the city without needing transportation. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience and made us feel at home. The room décor is elegant and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful colors and curtains that give it a classic charm. The only downside……

“We stayed for two nights. The room is big, very new and comfort. Walking out of the building is the tram, metro and train station. It is very convenient. Owner whatsapped me the day before arrival and confirmed my arrival time. He waited me at the building entry before I arrived. Her girl friend and owner treated us very well. They prepared us breakfast when they knew we needed to start early tour in the two days stay. If I go Florence again G&G suites definitly my first choice.”

“Spacious apartment with 3 good sized bedrooms. Host was extremely friendly and communicated regularly leading up to our stay. Allowed us to check in slightly early as well, which was much appreciated. Tremendous location near to the train station. Cafe beneath property makes great coffee and pastries, with extremely friendly service to start the day. There is some street noise from people walking around, which is to be expected in any prime city location. Would stay here again. ”

“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”
