"about 10 mins to walk to resorts world, 20 mins to NEC depending on the hall! alhtough part of this is an isolated dark walk if walking alone at night. Hotel clean and friendly, only really used the gym- small but sufficient for a session. I would use it again."

"Room and overall hotel was clean, love the fact that you are able to regulate the temperature in the room. Breakfast was edible.Staff was helpful especially the receptionist Michael, 100%. There was at one point we were being racially profile, once we informed the manager she stated that she would deal with the situation. Have no idea of the outcome. We are not going to make that incident cloud our judgment. We/I will return. Wi-Fi signal was good."

"Good wifi, approachable staff, the room was not very clean, the floor was very dusty and others peoples things left under sofas and beds. Bed nice, bathroom clean and nice toiletries available. "

"The worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was okay but the lift wasn’t working. The shower in the morning was lukewarm even when running for over 5 minutes. The tv didn’t properly work as couldn’t view the guide! Avoid!"

"Our hotel stay was lovely staff very friendly and helpful, our room was on the 4th floor very quiet family room, beds very comfortable & pillows lovely sheets room clean good choice on teas coffees & hot chocolate with biscuits and mint chocolate coins. The TV channel choice was really good. Great location 5 mins walk to New street train station also close to getting the tram and close to the library and Symphony hall, and Victoria Square, we went to visit Black Sabbath bench to pay our respects to Ozzy Osbourne.
