"The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! The stores and history nearby were perfect and we have many memories now to savor. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with zero complaints !!"

"Short Version: Yes, it was nice enough that I would stay there again. Long version: It's right in the middle of the alt section, so great location. The staff was very helpful, and accommodating.
