“Joel was great to deal with , very responsive. 3 roomy bedrooms and living area. I traveled with three teenage children and it was great that we were right downtown so they could wander around on their own and easily make it back! It can be noisy, but it certainly didn’t bother us especially with the air conditioning units running we really didn’t hear much, but you are very much in the middle of the action. I’ll come back ”

“A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and found the lodging to be quite comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the full bathroom was spacious and clean. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
