"Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay."

"Owner contacted us on day of scheduled arrival and told us property was unavailable due to sewage issue. Stuff happens I get it. Odd that they tried to provide us with two lesser properties, one with one less bedroom and the other not on the beach. They refused to lower . "

"Trying to get someone from RedAwning to respond was incredibly difficult. I did not get a code to get into the rental. I sent a text 2 hours before check that I needed a code. Once I arrived at the rental, I was on the phone for 30 minutes, texting, emailing and calling. I finally got someone from VRBO to give me a code. The lady was very professional and pleasant. I did ger a text later from RedAwning with a different code. The house had black mold. The dishwaher had melted parts inside, the gas stove didn't have all the burners working. The floor near the front door was about to cave in. We had to shovel the snow off the steps, sidewalk and pier. The seagulls on the pier were so bad and the poop was everywhere. I could go on and on. I took pictures so I have proof. We should get a partical refund but we will see. VRBO is good but beware of RedAwning."
"Positives that I would like to highlight: wonderful view of the bay and a great location (All the activities we wanted to do were less than half an hour away). Secondly, the home is large and spacious. We booked this place knowing it would meet our needs of a place to sleep and relax after a day's activities. That being said, here were the things that negatively impacted our stay: the home was cold and we had to set the temp higher than normal just to get it warm. The furniture was not in the best condition; we did not use any of the dining chairs and felt safer having our children sit on the couch. The outlets are extremely worn and would not hold a plug. Lucky enough, we brought a power strip and used it to charge all of our devices. The TV was hit or mis, we had to constantly unplug it from the outlet and back in for it to power on. The floors were uneven in a lot of places, some that made you question if it was safe to put all your weight on one foot. Comparing photos again, it looks like furniture was rearranged or some replace. All in, the home appeared mostly the same -- under remodel/repais."
