“Our room (130) had a phone that did t work which they said its been that way for years and also the room was dripping wet… literally. The seals in the door were non existent and cased a lot of humidity or baby formula the beds our clothes the floor the crawling all super wet. I went to ask for towels to dry out floors and the lady said are you in 130? I said yes and she said they just can’t seem to fix that room it’s been like this for a long time. I told the front about the weather stripping……

“We very much enjoyed our stay It was mostly quiet and we weren’t bothered at all. Room service brought fresh towels and toiletries daily and they were helpful with any requests”

“Checked in to a room on the first floor. A/C was unplugged, had to get down on the floor to plug in. Found candy on the rug and a small backpack under the chair. When we went to go out the sliding doors, we noticed that the lock was hanging on with one screw. Front desk was very quick to give us a another room up on the second floor.”

“The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The only downfall was there was a weird smell on the sheets and they need thicker pillows. Other than that I would stay with him again just bring my own blanket. Lol.”
