“I had a lovely stay here and would come again. I will say that while the property is clean and the staff take care of it, it does need a little lick of paint here and there but overall it is a beautiful location and a true place to relax and recoup. I was disappointed that there wasn't yoga classes as posted, but I was able to book a private class with a teacher, who was great. Booked with their masseuse a few times as she was WONDERFUL (Rose if I remember rightly)

“Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment.
We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty.
The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time.

“The property was lovely; our room had A/C and a mini-fridge with a freezer, and the balcony had a drying rack with clothespins. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, too! “IDI hotel was a perfect little gem.
First and foremost, the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were always ready to assist.
The rooms were very clean. What was most important for a family of 5, their family room had 2 full bathrooms/showers which made it so much more convenient.
The breakfast was very tasty and plenty.
The only minor complaint was the lack of parking, but that was more to do with the municipality than the hotel itself.

“One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. All in all a brilliant experience, and as we are frequent visitors to Crete we will be back. ”

“De gerenoveerde kamers zijn zeer mooi. Het extra geld zeker waard. Het hotel is in delen aan het renoveren en daarom is er een verschil tussen oude en nieuwe kamers.
Het ontbijt is prima en uitgebreid. Medewerkers zeer service gericht en aardig.
Zwembad zou aantrekkelijker kunnen. Water is niet helder en aan de randen zit groene aanslag; moet beter schoongemaakt worden. Geeft geen luxe gevoeld terwijl ze dit wel uit willen stralen.
