“Have rented many places in Jamaica - this one is my favourite! Do not go anywhere else! Clean, amazing view, nice small and quiet beach, large shared pool in the closed community, very nice staff. Walking distance to Riu Negril and 7-miles beach. Very responsive owner and always helpful when had any questions. Good quality of internet if you're going to work online. Nice welcome gift - made my kids very happy -snacks, water and juices in the fridge. Overall great experience. Would come back to……

“Tensing Pen is a fabulous place. It’s showing its age a bit, and isn’t what was when I came in 2012, when it was world class, but then Negril seems to have struggled a bit as well. Despite these deficits, it remains an amazing place to completely relax, unwind, and go off grid. If you like the bohemian feel and want to step away to another world, this is the spot. The natural beauty, combined with great food, and wonderful staff make this a hidden gem. ”

“This location was a cute loft bedroom with a small kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice to sit at for breakfast. The building is under renovation and will be very pretty when done but had a lot of construction debris/trash when we stayed. There is a grocery store supposed to open up on the property. Otherwise there was one nearby along with fast food snd other small restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helped us arrange tours and transfers. ”
