「Simple pension house conveniently located to two shopping areas, 7-11s, fast food, and local eateries. Been going there for at least 12 yrs. and not changing soon.」

「Place is beach front though semi secluded from the crowded resort. Room is huge, looks new but needs work on maintenance. All rooms has a view of the beach. 」

「Super bungalow de belle qualité (belle finition) en bord de plage - Bon lit, super terrasse - L'emplacement de Sugar Beach est superbe et reposant - Eau à disposition - Possibilité de recours à des prestataires extérieurs pour faire des balades en bateau, mais les prix sont un peu élevés par rapport à d'autres endroits de Negros ou Cebu - La plage de Sugar Beach suffit à elle-même pour les activités : vous pouvez vous balader à pied le long de la plage, direction Sipalay...Beat (un suisse) et...

「Staff is very approachable」

「Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay.」
