The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. 「Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. 」

「Bugana resort is gorgeous the men (brothers and cousin) stayed in a terrace room. They had individual bed. The only complaint they had was the fire alarm woke them up early morning at 1 am so they had to run outside. The food was okay they had variety of chooses. 」

「The Sugarland Hotel is not a new place but my husband and I enjoyed staying there very much. The rooms and hotel itself have been maintained well and are very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to order a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast was good and we were able to order eggs whatever way we liked them. Shampoo and body wash as well as bar soap are provided in the bathrooms. Internet, using room hotspot functioned well.」
