“The stay was quite disappointing overall. The kitchen annex was very poorly equipped — only a kettle, fridge, few plates, one spoon, and one knife were provided. The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish. Basic essentials were missing, such as hand wash or shower gel, and there was no warm water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The toilet was exceptionally loud and……

“Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.”

“Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“The property didnt actually exist when i arrived there i knocked door was greeted by the tenant who live in the property she gave me a number to call as number guven by expedia didnt work the hist returned my call and arranged to put me up in another property which was really helpful but the condition of alternatu e property was disgusting stains on Sheets pullows with no pillow cases carpet ripped torn and worn the bathroom was a health hazard with stai s i. Toilet hair and dirt covering……

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!”

“Very Hot! No AC. Did not feel safe, there were people walking around through the hallways and smoking out side, which their smoke came into our room through the one and only tiny window which offered limited ventilation”
