At reception the staff very friendly and excellent service. Restaurant very good and recommendable. Bed excellent, only issue the shower is not well designed since the floor gets wet outside the shower, the rest is perfect

The hotel is new, nice and clean ! the staff is friendly, the breakfast is fine, but if you arrive in the last half hour of breakfast time, they don't replace the missing things, the noise from neighboring rooms is heard too much, nobody respects the opening hours silence, children scream and play until midnight, in my opinion the hotel should be stricter on that !

Excelente opção a preço justo em Neuquen

Durante o check in nos informaram que o estacionamento era pago, informação essa que não constava no site da Hotéis.com (ARG 20700 = US$ 15.00). Muito bom atendimento e rápido. Quarto espaçoso e bem decorado. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Detalhe apenas para o chuveiro que escorre água para forra do box, molhando o banheiro e indo até para dentro do quarto. Restaurante com boas opções de alimentação e bebidas. Risoto de gongos muitíssimo saboroso. Café da manhã bem servido e variado, para, frutas, frios, bebidas e doces.

Honestamente, me guie por las opiniones pero no es así, tema estacionamiento casi nunca hay lugar y además roban, a dos camionetas le robaron el auxilio. Los desayunos te muestran una realidad inexistente, no hay casi nada para Celiacos. El lugar es para estar 1 o 2 dias, no da para más.

El hotel esta sucio y tiene nulo mantenimiento, las cortinas estan gris de la mugre y suponemos eran blancas. Las sabanas tuenen olor a lavandina y estan amarillas, signo de poco profesionalismo, ya que los hoteles tienen lavanderia especialuzada para blanquear. Las toallas otro desastre. Los pisos sucios en las habitaciones. Y en la recepcion parece hace dias no pasan un trapo. Llegamos y no nos querian arender por el dia de lis enamorados,,, un resto de hotel tiene que estar para los huespedes. Mandaban a la gente desde el resto y recepción a comer a otros lugares. Tema cochera, primero nos dijeron que no y luego encontraron una. Desastre y muy caro por el servicio. Por favor controlar la xalidad de la comida. Podria seguir escribiendo sobre todos los aspectos y mi opinión seria terrible
