“Our team has been staying at Hubert’s for a few days to attend PROWEIN 2024. The property is exactly like described and communication with Hubert has been excellent. If we are to attend PROWEIN next year, we will definitely come back.”

“Conveniently located, easy parking, decor modern and low key stylish. So handy to have a kitchenette. Found the mobile phone for entry super convenient; no scrabbling about for key cards in my bag. Within easy reach of Düsseldorf and right next to a shopping centre. In general the place was very clean, however when checking under the bed for a dropped object, I realised it hadn’t been cleaned in what looks like, ever. “Adina is just beside the Main train station which is very convenient to move around. Room is spacious as compared to others. It has good swimming pool and gym facilities.”

“Great location and very clean. Well equipped spacious apartment with all cookeries , dish washing machine, coffee machine etc The beds are very soft . The only issue is the house keeping arrangement. We are not sure when will they clean the room, WhatsApp the general enquiry and they are not so sure too. We only had one full cleaning and one remove garage only service during our 7nights stay. ”

“是這趟旅程中住過最滿意的地方，房間空間很寬敞，有自己的小廚房，可以微波也可以煮些熱食，提供的早餐也很多樣，雖然過了早餐用餐時間還是會讓客人繼續用餐，不會像有間飯店時間一到員工就把東西全部收走，不管你是不是還在用餐。這裡的員工服務也都很好而且親切，雖然不在車站附近不過搭地鐵再走路不到5分鐘就能抵達飯店，早上還能走路到萊茵河畔散步，下次如果還有機會一定會再選擇這間入住。”

“Wij hebben heel erg leuk gehad. Woning is op zich gedateerd maar schoon en zit erin wat je nodig hebt. Het stadje is super mooi en old town is heel dichtbij. Veel restaurants met heerlijk eten. Onze gast heer was heel aardig en we hebben geen last van gehad dat hij boven woonde. Wij misde wel een stukje tuin of terrasje waar je van de mooi weer kon genieten. Al met al super leuk gehad.”

“Decent accommodation, poor wifi on the third floor although the management claimed it should have been fine- it was not, and really noisy, inconsiderate fellow guests. Lovely location.”

“Sehr gute Lage, sehr flexibler und freundlicher Host. Sauberkeit i.O.. Zustand allerdings wirklich, wirklich alt und abgewohnt. Das Bett eine Katastrophe, komplett durchgelegen und bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt. Gemeinschafts Bad und WC sehr alt. Gemeinschaftsräume sehr kalt - Fenster im Bad schien nicht dicht zu sein.”

“酒店小环境很不错，距离诺伊斯市中心很近，离杜塞10公里车程。酒店窗外是一条小河，景致极好，周围很安静。房间比较舒适，设施很完备。停车场是地下的，每天11欧，自驾游也比较方便。美中不足的是前台服务员，有位胖胖的男生，他是8月5号晚上和8月9号晚上值班的，比较傲慢，态度很敷衍，我们感觉到了不舒服。其他的都还不错。推荐吧。”

“I wait until 5pm to check-in, and the last day, the house cleaning knock on my door wanted to clean the room at 9am, I believe the Hotel may lack of manpower, except this everything is fine, I enjoy the stay. ”

“Cleaning ladies were not good. My wife had two days waited until 3pm without anyone to clean up the room. After quested, the room was cleaned coarsely, toilet consumable and tea bag wss not refilled. Used tea cups were not replaced or cleaned.”
