“The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times.”

“It took a minute to adjust to the small size of the cabin; once we did, it was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor deck is great, with a couch and table, surrounded by huge trees and the sound of a creek bubbling over rocks. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and hot water (that takes a few minutes to heat up). There are several cabins on the property, and doggies are welcome.”

This beautiful, relaxing, and stunning carriage house is located north of the boardwalk and south of the surf museum and surfers coves. We spent the entire time walking leisurely along the promenade, loving every moment, preparing food from the sweet open kitchen. The place is so cute with outstanding details that felt so completely home and personal. We cannot wait to return ASAP.”

“A perfect get away for you and your spouse. This home has everything you need to escape reality. We loved watching the sunset in the hot tub and climbing the hill in the morning to watch the sun rise and fog roll over the hills. The home was very clean and well thought out to make your stay easy. My only suggestion would be better seating inside for cold or rainy days. Not a lot of room to eat inside or sit in a cozy chair to relax. Other than that it was PERFECT!! Quick drive to several……

“Our second visit, this is a great spot. Grandparents and grandkids alike love it. Note to owners: a little maintenance work on front showerhead and replacing burnt out light bulbs in several rooms would give great bang for the buck. All told, those are minor inconveniences and this place is magical. The walk to the beach and around town is unbeatably convenient. “We loved our stay at the cottage! The house was immaculate and comfortable. I loved the thoughtful details like the record player with vintage albums (my daughter enjoyed playing them!), the shampoo and body wash in the shower, and the Nespresso pods. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The location is very convenient for grocery shopping (nearby Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) and you're two minutes away from Pizza My Heart. Brayton was very responsive and helpful with……

“Lovely large grounds near an amazingly beautiful regional park with redwoods and many diverse microclimates. The bedrooms are small but adequate. The hot tub is a fabulous treat!”
