He was also very quick to answer any messages I sent his way about questions that I had. His home was not only beautiful but perfect for the small family get together I had. I can't say enough good things about my stay!”

The drip coffee pot was not working well. The keruig was perfect. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make excellent meals. Joe was very responsive to questions.”

“Amazing gathering place with beautiful views (mother nature showing off all that is colorful on, on the ocean). The heat is space heaters, not central, which worked well as directed by labels.”

“We got in late to our location and when we got to the place the lockboxes were in the dark. Glad I got my phone out because there were black widows by the gate entrance and lockboxes . No problem nature happens ! Next we get up into the location and I notice that the sinks have t been cleaned well. There is crusty stuff around the faucets. I'm pretty lucky in my kitchen and bathrooms and I'm removing 1 star for that. I cleaned them and the rest of the home was fine . The second issue we had was……

“Property was clean, modern, and obviously was impeccably maintained, and everything works. The beds in the master and one of the bedrooms are comfortable and firm, but not hard. The area is very quiet, just how we like it. The owner accepted our senior cat (20 years old) into the home with us. We are thankful. The owner sets this property up very well: check-in was supery easy, communication was a breeze. The fact that everything was smooth from beginning to end points to the thoughtfulness……
