“The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London.
The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property.
There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached……

"all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night "
"The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking.
The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room."
