「The room is considered small and without wardrobe. No bath tub or shower compartment. No facilities at all and only a small lobby with a coffee machine ( l need to pay)」

「Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. 」

「No working safe in room, no inside door clip lock , bathroom light not working , right I’m internet on a timer , 10 min max. But great location very trendy bar , cool industrial vibe ,」

「房間淋浴熱水一時冷，一時熱。Housekeeping使用客人洗衣機洗酒店用品，客人佢洗衣服時只能等待Housekeeping把東西洗乾淨才輪到客人洗，非常浪費時間。」

「The air con had broken in the hotel during the June 2026 heatwave. We were lied to, told we could move rooms to a working one and weren’t told it had broken everywhere until 11.30pm when returning from a concert. We asked if we could get a refund and were told we could, so at midnight we left and went to find somewhere else. 2 weeks on and I have had no apology, no refund and no acknowledgement of this being dealt with. I’m £244 out of pocket as I had to pay for another hotel. Avoid.」

「Unfortunately we were put in a room that faces the road where there are ongoing roadworks. These went on all through the night, we gave up at 7 am and went for breakfast then headed straight home. The lorries were constantly back and forth with reversing alarms going. I have complained to premier inn but they accept no responsibility for placing guests in rooms while this work continues. Avoid Waterloo Street Birmingham for the time being.」
