“The staff is nice and the room is comfortable”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“The room is clean and spacious, however we are very disappointed that the staff were not attentive and the pub was understaff in the morning. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to order and there was only one waiteress serving. We couldn’t be bothered and had breakfast somewhere else.”

“我入住了7天，認為酒店雖然沒有華麗的大堂，但整體的質素及服務是非常高。包括親切及有善的員工，房間向運河景色優美，清潔整齊的房間及大堂，早餐款式少但質量高，房間有Sky TV，步行到火車站及市中心只需八分鐘，處理問題迅速，我反映洗手盆去水慢，二小內已完全處理好。唯一的缺點是在晚間樓下的酒吧及食肆比較人多聲音有少少嘈，特別是在週末晚。 這是值得推介的酒店。”

“I booked this hotel for a last minute mini break for myself and my best friend. The hotel was the cheapest i could find with decent reviews so we decided to go for it. The pub is quirky and welcoming, with a selection of board games, the hotel is dated but all in order and well kept. My ONLY criticism is that the bath room had had a wipe over but i don't believe it had had a decent deep clean in a while. Otherwise, for the price, it was brilliant. Despite being above a pub, it was really quiet,……

“Breakfast excellent, location perfect for bats and restaurants. Room very clean, bathroom a tad dated but all round very good.”

“Hotel is not at the town center but it's a tram at the New Street Sation to hotel, only take few minutes time, very conventient. Very quiet around the hotel, it's a very nice stay. Only few restaurant near the hotel but all very nice, especially The Church, it provide New Orlead's food. Receptionist are very helpful and very nice. Buffet breakfast is good.”
