“Loved the proximity to the water activities & marine wildlife. Very disappointed with the 1 Bedroom Beachside Villa. It was bland, expensive, with no decor. We didn't expect a bathroom to be for people with disabilities & it was slippery & dangerous! Meal offerings were minimal, inexpertly prepared & overpriced. We booked a 5 night stay. 2 or 3 at most would be enough.”

He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“The restaurant on the crystal sand beach turquoise waters was incomparable. However, the toilet seat in the suite had a lingering odour and the stopper in the bathtub had to be pulled out with a sharp utensil after every bath. The property needs upgrading in general, lots of patched up jobs that look bad, but the beach is superb and the staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Overcharged by almost $600 on checking out. The final bill was correct but when I later checked my credit card statement, the amount I’d been charged was more than double the actual bill. The hotel immediately admitted their mistake and asked for my bank account details so they could refund me. “We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. “The location was great, right near bus stops, in between the bays, easy walk to restaurants and cafes and beaches. The apartments were very poorly maintained though, for example the door lock was practically falling off, a kitchen drawer did fall off, etc.”

“Nice older style resort, operated by the local families, right on the beach with a very clean pool area, unfortunately for us the weather was not suited to swim at the beach but it was lovely to do long walks on! We had an ocean view bungalow which had a huge bathroom area. Had a delicious buffet dinner one of the nights. Could do with some maintenance and a lick of paint in areas but would stay again…..”

Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”
