「I have stayed at the hotel already on several occasions when travelling on business. Their service and attentiveness is great in particular the reception and restaurant staff. Always friendly and accommodating.」

「The staff was supportive. The property itself is a bit old but well maintained and clean. Walkable distance from the main beach.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「I love the view. Lemon bay is right in front of the hotel. And you can just wear your swim wear and enjoy the beach. Please book the shuttle bus service by yourself. As if you book it through Expedia or through the hotel. It will be expensive. The room is nice, there is a small balcony, and there are much space for me to put my big luggage. It only takes you to walk about 15 mins to the pier to the Duck island and 20 mins walk to Anse vata. Therefore, please walk!」

「Loved the decor and very central to the port. There was a supermarket just down the road. Friendly staff. There was a kitchen but no washing up equipment. Asked and got a tea towel, dishwashing liquid and wiping cloth but no plug for sink.」
