“We were in the 10th floor overlooking the Baie de Citrons. The apartment was spacious, the views were awesome, and the location was great - short walk to Anse Vata or the marina, where there's a little mall. The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, living and bedroom separately. The staff was amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. The only down side was the shower, the water pressure in the hand-held shower was inexistent, so you would either have to deal with the very low……

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“The room itself was clean and spacious, however the shower was impossible to operate without getting the bathroom floor wet. The hotel only issued us with 2 toilet rolls for a 7 night stay and when we requested more as 2 rolls didn't last long with 2 people were told to wait until the next day. They did however give us a box of tissues. Towels were also something we had to request and room service was done only once during 7 nights. The fire alarm went off twice, 2 nights in a row whilst we……
