「The over water bungalows were lovely, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food (breakfast was okay) was a really low standard for lunch and dinner. There was a buffet; but it was not quite right. Also, room service was really unpleasant food too -- if the food quality could be addressed, it would be an amazing stay!」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay...

Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」

「Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Balcony was a lovely place to be first thing in the morning & also in the evening to watch sunset. Just a quick walk to Anse Vata beach for amazing swimming with lifeguards on duty. Very convenient to head out to duck or master islands for the day( just pop across the road) Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer which made it so convenient.」
