“Efficient and friendly staff from the office in Noumea to the hotel on the island, very well organised transfer, beautiful bungalow over the water, great buffet at night and in the morning for breakfast. Fantastic to be able to swim with turtles! We definitely be back!”

“The room itself was clean and spacious, however the shower was impossible to operate without getting the bathroom floor wet. The hotel only issued us with 2 toilet rolls for a 7 night stay and when we requested more as 2 rolls didn't last long with 2 people were told to wait until the next day. They did however give us a box of tissues. Towels were also something we had to request and room service was done only once during 7 nights.
The fire alarm went off twice, 2 nights in a row whilst we……

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“We were in the 10th floor overlooking the Baie de Citrons. The apartment was spacious, the views were awesome, and the location was great - short walk to Anse Vata or the marina, where there's a little mall.
The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, living and bedroom separately. The staff was amazing - friendly and extremely helpful.
The only down side was the shower, the water pressure in the hand-held shower was inexistent, so you would either have to deal with the very low……
