"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. A special mention to the cleaning team, who were outstanding and went above and beyond every day—their attention to detail was remarkable. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and a real highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxing. The only minor downside was the bathing attire restrictions at the Aqua Spa; however, the staff handled this with great courtesy and professionalism when explaining the policy, which we appreciated. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay."

"We were in the 10th floor overlooking the Baie de Citrons. The apartment was spacious, the views were awesome, and the location was great - short walk to Anse Vata or the marina, where there's a little mall. The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, living and bedroom separately. The staff was amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. The only down side was the shower, the water pressure in the hand-held shower was inexistent, so you would either have to deal with the very low flow of water or have a bath."

"Efficient and friendly staff from the office in Noumea to the hotel on the island, very well organised transfer, beautiful bungalow over the water, great buffet at night and in the morning for breakfast. Fantastic to be able to swim with turtles! We definitely be back!"

"L'appartement est très agréable. La vue est magnifique. Un seul problème mais cela va disparaitre: les travaux de transformation des logements situés à quelques mètres de l’appartement - bruits dès 07:00 samedi compris."

"Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast - wide rsnge of foods. Unfortunately Very difficult to find the hotel, not marked on the main road. I was charged twice - the refund will take up ti 90 days - terrible!"

"The room (Jnr suite) was clean, comfortable & spacious with fridge, microwave & small hotplate in kitchenette but lighting, especially in kitchen & lounge was poor. When it was windy, the balcony roof caught the wind & it roared & rattled all night, but there were block out curtains in the bedroom. Parking was undercover which was great, & unusual in the area! The revolving restaurant had good quality food, but only 2 expensive choices - steak or fish!"
