「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

The hotel only issued us with 2 toilet rolls for a 7 night stay and when we requested more as 2 rolls didn't last long with 2 people were told to wait until the next day. 「We were in the 10th floor overlooking the Baie de Citrons. The apartment was spacious, the views were awesome, and the location was great - short walk to Anse Vata or the marina, where there's a little mall. The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, living and bedroom separately. The staff was amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. The only down side was the shower, the water pressure in the hand-held shower was inexistent, so you would either have to deal with the very low...
