We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. “This is an AWESOME apartment. I have my own VRBO rental. There is NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED by this host. Walking distance to amazing Hoboken, NJ, and THE PATH. FREE PARKING a block away. I told the friend I was traveling with “I gave up a view for free parking.” The host made us SO HAPPY we did, INSANELY responsive. Detailed instructions for check in and the garage. Everything went as instructed. A well-thought-out space with amenities in every corner. Meaning - Heaters in baths and bedrooms in……

We would stay here again… and honestly the place design was better than listed. However there can be improvement in cleanliness and few hardware features of the place.”

“Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, von welcher man mit dem Bus aus in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Manhattan ist. Der check-in funktioniert easy über eine Schlüsselbox. Das Einzige, was uns gestört ja ist, dass die Betten leider wahnsinnig gequietscht haben, weshalb man kaum durchschlafen konnte - hier müssten einfach einmal neue Betten her und dann ist alles top :-)”

“Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. Pictures of apartment are very accurate. Perfect for what we were looking for. Roof top is amazing-the view of NYC skyline was seriously beautiful. We sat up there for drinks both……

“The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River.……

“This is a very nice property that's nicely appointed with modern amenities. It's open and airy with a large window in the living area which is nice for natural lighting. The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue. This property is on the top level, so be prepared for stairs as soon as you enter the door (not a big deal but wanted future occupants to be aware). The outside rooftop deck area……

“Need to add a few things.... night stands, dresser with drawers for clothes, big mirror to see entire body before going out, need to replace ceiling fans make noise, not a bad place to stay, these are just my suggestions to make this place for future guest..”

“We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.”

“I was truly amazed on staying here. The bed was very comfortable. Great sitting arrangements for gathering. The outside was so quant with many different options to eat at. I highly recommend and will be returning when coming to NYC.”

“Fue muy agradable estar en este hotel. Es como un departamento, 2 dormitorios con comodas camas. Una cocina con hornallas y horno, Microondas, Heladera grande con freezer, vajilla completa y hasta un lavavajillas! Muy comodos loa 3 estuvimos. Muy recomendable el hotel, buena atencion, checkout a las 11, Estupendo!”
