“What an amazing weekend away with my partner. This was a valentines gift from my wonderful fiancé and was just what we needed. Would definitely have stayed longer if it wasn’t for the joys of having to go back to work . We stayed for 2 nights and was just what we needed. The cottage was just beautiful and the scenery was breath taking. I absolutely love the sea and having it on the doorstep and waking up to the waves was jus at amazing. “The view from this cottage is simply stunning, spectacular, although we knew the cottage would be small (it is a fisherman's cottage) it was perfect for us. It still had plenty if character.”

“OMG! You have to stay here! Anne & Dougie are extremely welcoming and attentive hosts. The Yurt we stayed in was so clean, comfortable and warm which was needed as it was freezing outside - the hot tub was needed! The cabin had everything we needed in it. The communal room was very well laid out with lots of entertainment for all ages. The location was perfect for a relaxing break and we will definitely be coming back!! Cannot recommend enough, the quality of the whole site is excellent!”

“We had such a wonderful stay! The house is so beautiful and cozy we immediately felt so at home, and the property was stunning, with beautiful fields and sheep and an incredible view all the way to the sea from the hot tub. Was a perfect home base for exploring some of the beaches and trails of the area.”

“Our GPS in the rental car wasnt working properly, so finding the cottage was a bit tricky to find, but once we did, oh my! What a great little place! Right on the water, with spectacular views- sunrise on the North Sea. The owner was easy to reach by phone and email. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed.”

“This was our 5th stay and we love it. It’s so peaceful and has everything you could need. Allan, the host, is great at keeping in touch and always available if needed. Fully recommended for those who love walking and the peace and quiet. But close enough to Aberdeen and other surrounding town. Close to the Brewdog bar and restaurant at Ellon which allows dogs and lovely food.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - die Aussicht ist unschlagbar, wir konnten sogar Delfine sehen. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, ist sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

“An excellent glamping site with a chilled atmosphere and lovely landscape. We stayed in the Wheelhouse which is perfect for 2. It was rustic with nice basic facilities. The wee on site shop had ample supplies (bring cash for it). The area was lovely to walk around and we enjoyed the fishing hut community hub. We enjoyed our stay and loved the quirky site. Would definitely come back. ”

Logement sentant le renfermé , tres exigu , pas pratique pour les repas , sdb minuscule et pas pratique , je deconseille ou alors pour la moitie du tarif”

“We stayed at the Wavesong Cottage for one week. It's big enough for a family of 5-6 and offers a cosy and spacious livingroom with a fireplace. In case of requests the host answers quickly. Pennan is a small village and the neighbours are very friendly. We enjoyed our time there.”
