“While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.”

“Door Improperly hung, hard to open, sounded like it was lifting the metal threshold Strike plate completely missing Gouges that looked like a crow bar was used to open it Bathroom Reserved believing it was handicap accessible There was a tub, not a walk in shower. No handheld No seat I called the front desk and they offered a different room but we were exhausted and unpacked. They sent down a shower chair. Low water pressure Hot water at sink and tub, but warm from shower head Ice machine……

“Breakfast: 5 stars. They have a good breakfast bar. Breakfast is from 6:30 am - 10 am but after 9:15 they stop refilling the breakfast bar. Not much to choose from if you come late. Cleanliness: 2 stars. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the lingering odor of lit cigarette was present and too strong for us to handle.”

“Looks updated from the outside, not so much on the inside, but it was cozy, comfortable, and the staff were all so very nice and helpful. That makes the difference. Entrance from south 66 is a pain, but what isn't on that road unless you have a dedicated light.”

“This reasonably priced hotel is perfectly located in Pigeon Forge with Gatlinburg just a 15 min drive away. The morning sunrise view of the smokey mountains is invigorating and beautiful. The staff is superb and the rooms are roomy and very clean. We had a great stay!”

“I cannot believe how didn’t know about all the amenities Drury hotels have!!!! Free breakfast, free dinner, free alcoholic drinks????? What??? Huge hot tub, nice indoor pool and a splash pad for the kiddos! Rooms were well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Nice safety measures in place by using your room key. Liked it so much became a Drury member on the spot! We will def be back to this location(pigeon forge) and look forward to visiting some of the others.”

“Pros: Overall, Riverstone Resort was a great stay and we will return. The room (2 bedroom, king condo) was very clean and well maintained. The property seemed peaceful and we liked that our balcony overlooked the neighboring golf course. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! There is a spa on-site, we did not have a chance to use it this trip but plan to next time. Cons: The lazy river was relaxing, but more floats are needed in adult sizes as there were not enough. The indoor hot tub……
