“Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay. ”

“The house was great! plenty of space for the 4 adults and the basement gaming area was fun. Great place to stay and easy access to everything. ”

“Small quiet town great to get away from it all. Wineries with live music and small town dining nearby. Easy to navigate the area by car. Katy trail in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable house. Had everything we needed and more!”

“Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think……

“It served our purpose. Parking wasn't very close to the camper. There were ants inside. Some plastic utensils, which was fine if they would have had forks. Never could find a switch to turn the reading lights (?) on over the bed. Very nice welcome book and notes left regarding hot water and living room lights. It was not very clear to me how to light the stove so we never had a chance to use that. The first step into the camper was a bit high. Finally, there were no exit directions, like……

“We loved this place. Most important thing for us is the cleanliness... It was CLEAN! The other thing of importance to us is how comfortable the matress and bedding is. We give this a 10! The location was great too...close to town so we were able to walk to everything. ”

“This Innsbrook property was outstanding!! Everything was clearly explained and defined, the host was very communicative and available, and the chalet itself was cozy, stylish, clean, and charming! It was stocked with games and basic kitchen supplies and extra linens, so we were comfortable and well-taken care of for our stay. We would rent from this host/property management company again in a heartbeat. ”

“This place was well equipped. Quiet and comfy for great family time. Would love to have kitchen wash clothes or scrubbing sponge. TV channels didn’t match up w the Innsbrook channel guide, but figured out the XBox w streaming platforms. All in all, would rent again. Close to beach and boat docks.”
