「Quick overnight trip in a location convenient to everything downtown. The only issue we had is that I booked a king bed and we were given a room with 2 full-size beds. Didn’t address it as we were pushed to make our dinner reservation so I guess that’s partially on us. A tradition at the property has historically been to offer PB&J sandwiches late at night. The bellman told us it ends at 7 pm now. 」

「Caleb was wonderful. He accommodated me in every way possible from early to late check in/out without charging a fee. Just wish the rooms were somewhat up to date like the lightening and the plug in sockets. Bathroom was fine. Shower door could use some tlc though. Other than that I’d stay again. 」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
