The description of the property is a grossly inaccurate portrayal of the property. The units (yes, it is 2 separate units, NOT a 3 bedroom condo) were run down, unkept, patches on the walls that needed to be painted, closet lights not working, furniture had rings and cigarette burns in the couch and missing blinds (or held up with paper clips). Do not rent!!!

My family and I traveled to New Orleans for my graduation. We booked a 3 bedroom condo. When we arrived, it was really a 2 bedroom condo and 1 bedroom condo next door to each other. The building was VERY dated. The units were VERY dated. Decor was minimal and did not reflect the photos. There were lightbulbs out. Visible dust on fixtures. Hairs tangled in the towels. It did not feel very clean. Two of the three TVs were not working and we had to reach out to management multiple times to get a response. We had a toilet week also. In addition, the VRBO site indicated that we would not be charged at the time of booking and we were immediately charged.
