Horrible experience

The room smell was ridiculous as soon as we walked in it smelled like pee and old water. The tv did not work. The toilet shot out water from the side every flush. The tub was dirty and stained. The sink had build up within the faucet handles. It looks like they barely cared to touch it. I spent $20 on cleaning products at dollar general to try and make the smell ok to sleep but even so it smelled like fabulous piss. They have not swept outside at all. The pool was green and dirty and the pool boy was taking the leafs off of it trying to still salvage the water. I will never stay there again I promise you. I wish I had taken pictures to prove this but at this point their ratings say it all and you’ll see for yourself if you ever book there. I was scared to even get under the covers I’m not sure how long it has been since they washed those. I checked out a day early because it was just disgusting.

Walking to the front I look around while I tell the person up front about my reservation. I see so much dust and grime everywhere. Once I got to the room the room had a weird funky smell and the floor, the walls, and the bathrooms were dirty. The fridge wasn’t clean and some of the outlets were broken. Overall it was not so great.

Don’t waste your money

Not sure if people are living in this hotel or just really long term guests. The carpets in the room were dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in probably over a week. The walls and doors were filthy. Pool was closed indefinitely. “Breakfast“ setup was 2 stale donuts (for the whole hotel) and nothing to drink - not even coffee.

I liked how close I was to the attractions we attended. However the cleanliness was terrible. The room smelled of smoke And there were burn marks in the bedding. The chair was also broken.

The hotel itself and rooms were excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The continental breakfast wasn't mind blowing but what continental breakfast is. My only complaints are the pool was out of commission and quite frankly New Orlens in September it would have been awesome to take a dip. Next they have signs for laundry on site however they don't have it anymore. But with my complaints i would def stay here again.

Location of the property was good. However, the first room we were assigned had cigarette butts on the bathroom floor, on the bottom shelf of both nightstands, and the bedroom floor. I complained to the front desk and they assigned me a new room. They entered the room with me to ensure it was clean. However, after they left, I noticed cigarette ashes under the table. I was tired after a long drive, so just put the table on top of the ashes and ignored them. The other issue was that even though the rules stated no animals, at least two rooms had dogs. You know its probably going to be a bad place when the sign in tells you that if you don't request a refund within the first 20 minutes, you won't get one.

Was promised a jaccuzi and it was not provided. The wifi did not reach the room. There were two roaches in the bath tub. Pretty sure i heard gun shots. And you cannot access the lobby after a certain time. Most terrible hotel stay of my life.

Everything was wrong with this motel. Room smelled of smoke/cigarette. Front desk staff was verbally fighting in front of me. The room had a horrible paint job, old furniture, our TV had mo remote and was only 1 channel, the blow dryer was rusted and had so much hair amd lint in the filter that I was afraid to use it as it may catch fire! Our front door, the top "lock" was loose and seriously... all someone had to do was kick the door in. Unfriendly lookong people stayed at this hotel, we had all types of people knock on our door at all hours looking for "someone" else. The front desk, everytime I went up there needing something, noone was there. As for the "breakfast", it was just cold cereal and all utensils and containers they had looked so dirty.

It looks like it's in the process of being renovated or has just been done. in respect to that who ever is doing it or has done it is blind in one eye and can't see out of the other. We had to ask for a different microwave, the one in the room didn't work.. there was no wifi. there was something sticky on the floor and when we tried to wipe it up it turned the towel black. and I'm not sure of the profession of some of the so called guest if you know what I mean. We would definately not stay ever again

Absolutely awful. The pictures make it seem like a decent place to stay given the low price, but it’s not even half what you see in the pictures. The beds were filthy, the walls stained, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain, and the room reeked of cigarette, even though it is advertised as a nonsmoking room. After just ten minutes, I quickly realized this is the type of place where illegal business is likely conducted, if you catch my drift. I immediately left and had to find another place to stay. Would absolutely never recommend. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

This was a affordable, basic hotel. It did have a computer and printer that I was able to use to print a last minute boarding pass. The rooms were clean. The room looked dusty at first glance, but on a closer look it looked like the furniture had water damage, and it had been sealed to prevent furthur damage. The beds were soft. I was able to look past first appearences and for a night stay I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Find something else.

This was one of the worst places I ever stayed. There was an iron, no ironing board, holes in the corner of the ceiling and the look of cigarette holes in the sheets and comforter. We stayed 3 night and they didn't clean it once. The second day we had to ask for clean towels and the 3rd day they took the towels while we were out but didn't replace them with new ones. My friend also found a small lizard in her suitcase because she left it open while we were gone. There were kids loud and crying outside all through the day and night and the pool looked dirty. The remote only worked to change the channel but not for the volume or power so you had to get up and do it manually. NEVER AGAIN.

Das Zimmer war entgegen den horriblen Revies in den Netzwerken durchaus ok, von ein paar vernachlaessigbaren Details abgesehen. Auch der Pool war ordentlich. Leider macht die Lage direkt am Interstate den ruhigen Schlaf sehr schwer. Mankos: Fleckige Handtuecher und ein laecherliches als "gross" ausgeschriebenes Fruehstueck!Toast, aber ohne Butter und Marmelade!!!!
