“Clean room, easy parking with friendly and professional staff. Warm welcome with a lovely Tavern for a drink, limited menu for dinner but very tasty simple food. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent, good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. We were a couple and enjoyed the knights sword fighting, brilliant performances. For families with young children there was a small park, story telling with Zog and Knights interacting throughout dinner.”

“Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed. Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for……

“For the £ very pleased, it’s a beautiful old building but with that high maintenance, and building looks tired in places. But clean, staff friendly, free accessible parking was kindly given an upgrade as booked wrong room, very quiet. I would use again as a quick overnight stay around work.”

“It was fresh. But a complete lack of choice for breakfast considering it was over £150 per night for the room. I would expect at least something made to order! ”

“An absolute gem situated very close to all the amenities Leamington Spa has to offer. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Hannah and told to treat it as our own home and come and go as we pleased. Martha greeted us on the first morning and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. First class from start to finish”

“Close proximity to tourist spots. Very close to train station just a 5 minutes walk. Room is tidy in general. A very good boutique hotel and a good choice of hotel for first time visit to Warwick.”

“Well positioned in the town. Impressive looking building, lovely vibe inside and gorgeous outdoor seating area. We were staying in room 12 which is very small. It was a hot night, so the room was baking, hence we had the window open but a gang of 12-15 pigeons live (noisily) just outside the window! The windowsill was covered in bird poo which was not nice. Shower great and nice to have an Nespresso machine and complimentary water. Bed and pillows too soft for me, but personal choice.”

“The property was ideally situated in the Cotswolds countryside. Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast which was included, was wonderful plenty of fresh fruit yogurts etc as well as a several cooked breakfast options. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend Hyll, it is a stunning property.”

“Kitchen was a disgrace the sugar caddie was disgusting, didn’t want to use the shower which was shared with 5 other bedrooms. The socket was filthy and thick grey cobwebs hanging from the bottom of radiator”
