“This was a perfect place for my wife, my young grandson, and me. It was just the right size for the three of us. It's been updated nicely and was very clean with a direct beachfront view. The facility outside the room was also clean in all common areas. The host, Joanna, provided very clear information and was quick to respond to any question. My wife and I look forward to a return visit. ”

“Wonderful 2026 Clearwater Vacation CondoMy wife and I just recently completed our six-week stay from February to the middle of March. This condo is conveniently located in Clearwater Florida at the “Avalon At Clearwater” property. It was very conveniently located to many area restaurants, Publix Markets and shopping plazas. It is only a quick 13-16 minuet drive across the bridge, and causeway to Clearwater Beach. Also St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Tampa, are all with in a short……

“Carmen was the BEST host. So available if you needed anything at all. The apartment had absolutely anything you need, from towels to linens to toliet paper. I didn’t have to buy a single thing. Just steps to the pool, it was the perfect location. I would come back any day!”
