"We had an amazing stay at Goldwynn and preferred the quiet, insulated vibes as compared to Baha Mar down the beach. It was still close enough that our 5-year-old was able to walk there and back for dinner along the water; and one time, we took the #10 bus outside of the Baha Bay entrance back to Goldwynn for $1.50 per person. All the staff at Goldwynn were friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and never too crowded. Food was delicious. If we were to go back, we'd definitely rent our own car as taxis are expensive and sometimes hard to coordinate once you're a little ways outside downtown Nassau and not at a major hotel/resort. However, if you do get stranded, you can always ask the shop or restaurant to call a taxi for you. Our trip overall was definitely higher budget than we normally spend, but after exploring and seeing the prices at other resorts and even the more local restaurants, the prices at Goldwynn were definitely within the range of other similar caliber places. "

"Awesome pools and rooms. I wish they had ice machines om the room floors - you have to call to order and it can take up to 30 min. I would recommend adding more kid/mocktail drink options. Cleo restaurant was our favorite. The cake slices at Pizza Lab are very good, but too expensive."
