Spacious and clean room, we had booked the one bedroom with kitchenette, which did come in handy to make a quick breakfast before heading out. There was a bit of a musty smell upon arrival but not a deal breaker, and was gone after we got settled in and let some air through the room. Bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure (water has a bit of a sulphur smell- normal for Bahamas), & AC worked perfectly! We did grocery shopping at the Marina Village Grocery store and at the Sawyer Market (by Margaritaville) both are about a 5 minute walk. We would recommend shopping before you get to Paradise Island as both of these markets/groceries were expensive. The shuttle is a great help in getting to the other Atlantis properties, as it is about a 10-15 min walk to the Atlantis resort. We didn’t spend time at the Harbourside pool because we were at Atlantis all day, but it looked like a pretty big and nice pool, with a family atmosphere. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Definitely will be coming back to stay at Harbourside Resort!

Harborside: Overall, the stay and staff at Harborside was great. Property and room was clean and great for families. Bellman was great(prompt and helpful with getting us a taxi). Restaurants: We went to Claudio’s, Carmines(large portions), Fish(very small portions) and Nobu restaurants. Nobu’s food and service was excellent. The other places were good overall. Service: Over a 6 night stay we only ran into 2-3 staff members at the Cove and waterpark that were rude, however Bahamas have some of the nicest people which was a breath of fresh air when you’re on vacation. I wish they would put signs up for exclusive/blocked off areas(not referring to Cove beach) and be a bit nicer about redirecting guests if you don’t have a key card for those areas. At the Cove one guard was rude as though folks were trying to trespass when a simple information sharing would have gone a long way. Note, your Atlantis waterpark pass does not allow you to get into the Cove private beach area. I did not know this upon booking and this may have impacted where my hubby and I chose to stay. Transportation: The busses around the island was surprisingly a great experience. They came relatively quick and the drivers were very friendly.

Great place to stay . You can get all over Atlantis by a free buss great location there is a food store and a liquor store right over there . Helps out cus everything is so expensive lol but I would stay there again for sure

There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing.

We have stayed at Atlantis a number of times before and were really disappointed with our stay at Harborside. Unfortunately there was a power outage for over 12 hours and when the power came back on we discovered a cockroach in our room. My family ended up having to move rooms in the middle of the night. The issues continued because we had no hot or even warm water for two days and the Internet that we paid for was not working. We were told that we would not be charged given that the Internet was not working but it showed up on our bill and has still not been credited. The other thing that I would caution other travellers about is putting anything on a credit card as we ended up with duplicate charges to both our credit card and then on the bill with the room charges. We have brought this to the attention of the management and have still not received a refund and it has been almost a week.
