I asked multiple times to have the fire alarms inside the condo checked out/replaced and no one every came out.

Best location in the complex for parents with kids!! :))

My family and I will certainly stay here again!! The location - bottom floor, directly by the pool - spoiled us! We have a 3 and 5 year old so I can’t stress enough how wonderful the location was! We were able to pull our beach/pool buggy right up to the porch multiple times a day. (No stairs - priceless!) The interior was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. I loved having the additional small - yet powerful - fan to add to the kids room. We are looking forward to staying here again!!

This unit was awful. When you first entered it smelled of urine abs the bathroom was not clean. The

This unit was awful. When you first entered it smelled of urine abs the bathroom was not clean. The slider would not lock. We called numerous times no one called back. We tired again the next day and the day after that. Finally someone came and swifter did the floors. It still smelled. Calling did nothing. A maintenance person came and fixed the lock after called again. The kitchen was ill equipped for cooking for a family. No mixing bowls of decent size, no plastic cups, the tv in the master was the size of a computer monitor. The laundry made you get an app and purchase money on it. The air conditioner control was not very easy to use. Did I mention the smell in the unit. For the amount of money we paid including the cleaning fees it was definitely not worth it. We have stayed at other complexes in the same area with much better care of their units and much less in price. Very disappointed in VBRO and company that rented this unit. I will not use VBRO to rent for vacation again. For the high fees VBRO charges I would expect better quality units and customer service when contacting them and the property management.
