“My family and I visited for 3 nights in late April, and this was the perfect place for us! Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown Greenport, with ample street parking, and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. The home itself is beautiful and with a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Definitely recommend!”

“We enjoyed Manny and Amal’s place. It was a short walk from the beach. Beautiful garden and very welcoming hosts. It is a basement apartment which kept it cool on hot days. The kitchen had more of a toaster oven than an oven but otherwise was usable with some creativity. The grill was great. Having only one key was tricky but we worked it out. A keypad entry would be a great upgrade. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and would definitely stay again.”

“This was the perfect, in town place to stay for the two of us. Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future.”

“I was really looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately I was surprised when we entered the listing to find, “pest repellant” plugs in more than one outlet, multiple traps set out in virtually every corner. The surfaces of the property like countertops, etc were clean. One thing I’ve never experienced before was that the property owners personal belongings were still in the property such as in the fridge and personal toiletries in the shower. “This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had……
