“Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.”

“I asked to see the room prior to paying
There are no coffee machines. No ice machines towels ARE VERY USED, 1 small bar of soap. No ADA ROOMS 2 towels vert ratty ,2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Tub is from the 80's as are the 2 handle tub valves. Diverter spout sticks in up position ( found out hard way). Shower head is from 80's. Price Pfister. Shower arm was wobbly, Step up into room is about 7 inches, Door has no weather stripping leaks light and-or- air . Back of main Door is dirty, as……

“Noteworthy: check in early and Be sure to book directly with the hotel, not a 3rd party booking site even though for 2 rooms, it was $400 cheaper.
I hope our experience was a one-off. We were confronted upon check-in with little slips of paper and numbers to call to deal with a glitch caused by the third party online booking. Some validation of the customer would have been appreciated.
