About this space
This cute apartment of about 500+ square feet in the lower level of my home Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, has a separate entrance, bedroom with French doors, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bathroom has marble tile and glass shower stall. About a 10 minute walk to the southeast corner of Prospect Park and near historic Greenwood Cemetery.
The space
The space has modern finishes and feels very cozy. Enter down a short stairway and through a small mudroom with glass doors. Inside there is a butcher block countertop above the washer/dryer for your food prep. There is also an air-conditioning/heating unit mounted on the wall with a remote to keep the apartment cool or warm depending on the season.
